Frank Edozie is the Director of the Power Component at United Kingdom Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (UKNIAF) a UK Department for International Development (DFID) funded program supporting development of public Infrastructure in Nigeria. Prior to taking up this role in October 2019, Frank was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Neconde Energy Limited, an oil and gas development company operating in Nigeria\u2019s Niger Delta. Frank had previously worked as the Senior Power Consultant at Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility \u2013 NIAF, from July 2015 to December 2016. From November 2013 to June 2015, Frank was the Senior Special Adviser (Gas) to the Honorable Minister of Power, working as a member of the policy making body charged with responsibility of the Power Sector in the country. Frank was also a member of the team that, in 2013, developed the Nigerian 30-Years National Integrated Infrastructure Master Plan which set out the National Blueprint for Infrastructure Development over the period.<\/p>\n

An engineer by training, Frank began his career with Shell and worked in various capacities on a variety of assignments in several of Shell\u2019s upstream locations around the world. He also represented Shell in the Olokola Liquified Natural Gas (OKLNG) Project as the General Manager, Commercial. Frank\u2019s interest is also in Gas-to-Power and he keenly follows developments across the entire Power Value Chain.<\/p>\n

With extensive experience in Oil and Gas Operations, Project Management, Information Technology Management, Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, New Business Development, Board Level Management, Formulation and Deployment of Government Policy etc., Frank\u2019s goal is to help bring meaningful change to bear in the Oil and Gas and Energy sectors in Nigeria.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
